Maddie Major

As of this writing, Maddie is 8 years old and is an amazing little girl who is still fighting her battle. She was diagnosed with Pre-B- ALL - Leukemia, and just had her T-Cell transplant. We continue to pray that this transplant is the one to work for her. She is also one that is very concerned about others.

She joins with many of her friend warriors who have cancer and encourage and support each other. Brogan was one of her warrior friends who passed last year

Local Non-profit Supports Families Admidst Cancer Struggles.
In addition to the already burdensome costs of treating cancer, when a child or family member is critically ill, one parent may have to leave his or her job to care for them. This makes it difficult for families to cover expenses they previously did not have difficulty with, such as utility bills, rent or mortgage payments, rising gas costs, and other everyday expenses. MHCF offers families assistance with some of these costs.
