Audrey Anderson

Audrey is an amazing young woman who loves horses, volleyball, and basketball. Her fiancé is currently in the Army reserves.

Audrey began her battle with Medulloblastoma at age 18. After her diagnosis, she underwent surgery, radiation, and many months of chemotherapy. She enjoyed a short recovery before relapsing and enduring even more treatment.

Audrey continued to work as much as possible between treatments, but severe side effects forced her to stop. A Message of Hope Cancer Fund has relieved some of the financial burden, paying for gas and groceries as Audrey fights her battle.

Local Non-profit Supports Families Admidst Cancer Struggles.
In addition to the already burdensome costs of treating cancer, when a child or family member is critically ill, one parent may have to leave his or her job to care for them. This makes it difficult for families to cover expenses they previously did not have difficulty with, such as utility bills, rent or mortgage payments, rising gas costs, and other everyday expenses. MHCF offers families assistance with some of these costs.
